Six Vases with Matte Yellow Glaze

These six vases were the first set of objects I made this year with the goal of exploring form and surface. They’ve been resting on my studio shelves since early January while I waited to understand how I wanted to finish them. As they sat there I began to realize that they had to live together as they have since they first came to life in my studio. They’re beautiful and special and different and I’m so happy with how they came out .

These forms are meant to live together and will be happy with or without flowers

Heights range from 6" to 11"
